Hitting a local antique mall over the weekend, I dug through a box of knives and picked out several including these two....

When I first picked up the Mastercraft knife, it struck me that it was not a recognizable Robeson pattern, or handle material.
Also, the MASTERCRAFT shield looked a bit off.
Looking at the tang stamps, the mystery deepens.
The tang stamp is MASTERCRAFT over the number 15247, on the clip and spay blades.
On the back tang is CROSBY/CUTLERY PRODUCTS/SOLINGEN
Anyone ever seen these markings before?

I’ve never seen that MasterCraft shield before, but I have seen it as a PocketEze. It is upside down. Robeson didn’t generally do that. Sometimes, as with NYK, the shields were upside down because of the manner in which the knives hung on a display board.
Robeson used a lot of patterned celluloid, no reason why that couldn’t have been among them.
But, the tang stamps are totally unknown to me.
Is there anything stamped on the punch?

No marking on the punch.
Does it resemble any known Robeson pattern? It is 3-3/8" long closed.

Steve that Mastercraft strikes me as odd too. Pattern, handle material and upside down shield. Very cool is the bottom line.
