Sterling?

I bought this with a bunch of knives at a auction a few years ago and this tag was attached to this one. I don’t find any markings to indicate it has silver in it. Does anyone recognize this knife or know if it would have silver content? I know it’s not a high dollar knife. Thanks for looking and your input!

It certainly does not look like sterling and since it isn't marked I would have to say it's not sterling.

It looks like silver plated copper.
