All About Pocket Knives

OK, I told you guys I would have questions! Here's my first one.

I picked this knife up at the flea market. I thought it was "cute" and the price was right. I also liked that it came with a little leather sheath. There is nothing stamped on the blade. I can provide other pictures if needed. Can anyone give me any information on it?

What name is on the sheath. It looks like a name on it, but the stiching whether original or replaced is a bit rough and I'm trying to figure out the handle materials, tough from a picture.

Actually it loks like it was nice when new and a nice design. Looks like part of the handle is horn. I am curious about the 2 thick spacers, the 3 thin ones are likely common.
