I know this is a question that has been asked and discussed over and over. I want to get feedback from our Remington collectors about whether you consider that there is only 13 Bullet knives or 15 including the round cartridge toothpick and the 6 blade utility knife with the round cartridge shield? Thanks in advance for your opinions. John

I guess if I was forced I'd say they aren't considered bullet knives. The volume of the round shield knives produced compared to the bullet shield is significantly higher. Thus the price of the round shield knives is much lower. If you consider them to be part of the bullet knives I wouldn't argue with you though. I dont know that there really is a correct answer. Only our opinions. But then as I think about it more the round shield will be pictured in the same advertisements so obviously Remington saw no distinction between them. So now my opinion is yes, they are part of the bullet knife collection. If that didn't confuse you read it again, it will.

John, the "I'd rather be safe than sorry" motto is one I applied to my bullet collection so I have the R3843 and the R1613 round shield just in case they are supposed to be included. I need every excuse I can come up with to buy knives.

I know I am a bit late to this discussion but I ran across this 2006 web site;
https://www.chiefmarketer.com/bullet-proofs/
According to this there are 16 knives in the "Bullet" family.
