John nice show looks like you have them all. I have the utility multi-blade round shield one also. I was going to go ahead and get the rest of them, but somehow I have lost my enthusiasm. Thanks for nice compliments.

This Remington was commemorating their 20 year operation from 1982 to 2002. The Trapper scales are made from vintage bone. The blades and bolsters have a gold tint. I have serial number 1. Fewer than a hundred were made.

I don’t know much about the newer Remington knives but this is a very nice knife. Well done from the bone to the gold tint to the engraved bullet shield and blade. John

Thank you John. AG Russell said he thought this particular knife was the best to ever carry the Remington name. To my knowledge, Mr. Russell could always justify his opinions. He didn't use a lot of marketing hype. I take him at his word as I am not a Remington aficionado.

I have no idea if this knife has any collector value even with its #1 serial number which some collectors favor. I think older Remingtons are the focus of the brand's collectors. But I may be all wet on this.

I agree with AG’s opinion of the Bullet you presented if compared to all the Remington contract knives produced since 1982. The vintage Remington knives(1920-40) are in a different category just as Case xx 10 dot (1970) and older are in a different category as the more modern knives. The great thing is that anyone can collect and enjoy the hobby no matter what they are willing to spend.
