My grandfather bought this knife. He was born in 1903. Anyone know the model and make, etc.? I am new to knives and need assistance. The blade says Reinr Boker Co and on the side, a picture of a tree and "Solingen". Anybody know when it was made or a website that has information on it?

The mark is HEINR. BÖKER & CO. Heinr. Is abbreviation for Heinrich. Here’s a chart of Böker tang stamps

There is a discrepancy in the document, I believe. The blade stamp does not have a mark above the "O" in Boker which they say means it is pre-WWII but my knife has the round tree with "Solingen" which it says is post 1950.
