What year do you think Remington started using inked numbers? Harold

I have no proof for say. Only what I've seen. I'm going to guess around 1930-32. I dont think they were ever exclusively only ink after that day though. I've seen late 30's knives that were stamped.

I have no proof either, but 1933 is close. I think that's when Dupont invested in Remington and they immediately began cost cutting measures.
