"H & Co PARIS" 6 Blade Medium Stag Congress

Picked this piece up on Ebay last week from a new seller. I may have paid a little much but I knew it was a gamble, either way I'm happy with what I got. All 6 blades are clearly marked H & Co PARIS. Any help on the tang stamp will be appreciated.
