IdentificatIon hrlp

I bought a bag of assorted knives, and it had a pair like the one pictured Can anyone tell me what they are?

Are there blades ? Or is it just a piece of green plastic or wood ?

Flip and slide knives normally used as advertising giveaways. Not much value.

Flip and slide would make sense.
Just can't really tell what it is from the lone pic.
