Covid 19 Death

I lost one of my best friends this morning to Covid 19. We went to high school and college together and attended the same church. He was 68. Please pray for his wife, children and grand children.

Heavenly Father, please be with the family of this man. We thank you that he is now in your presence in Heaven. Let his family take comfort in knowing he is with his Lord.
Father, please give his family strength and give Sidney strength to overcome the sorrow of this tragedy.
We ask this in the precious name of our savior Jesus Christ.

I too am sorry for your loss. One death affects so many other people.
This is a very 'sneaky' virus. Many people who get infected have no idea of when or where or how this virus got into their body.
Covid continues to spread even into sparsely populated rural areas. None of us is 100% safe.
It is a time to be supportive of each other and put differences aside.
Thank you for your post. It might help some people who remain skeptical about how serious a threat Covid is.

I am so sorry to hear of another loss due to the virus. The family and those who knew and loved him are in my prayers.
Heavenly Father hold this family in the comfort of your arms, let the Holy Spirit minister to their needs and let your
Holy Word give them hope for the future. May you Lord be glorified always. Amen.

Sidney, I am so sorry for your loss.
Lord Jesus, I ask that you would comfort Sidney in this time of grieving and the entire church family where Sidney and his friend attended. I pray you would bring peace and comfort and the assurance of your salvation to this man's family and to all of his friends. We asked Lord that you would be glorified by the life and the legacy of Sidney's friend. I ask that instead of grievous mourning, all might remember this man's life with great joy, happy memories and your blessings on them.
