All About Pocket Knives

I have had this Marbles stag Ideal knife about 10 years, All the salesman samples I have ever seen on any knife had the models numbers inked on the blade. Has anyone ever seen it scratched into the blade? Marked on the backside #46 - 5" with SIX spelled out below.
