I'm a hawkbill collector. Here's a QUEEN CITY hawk. Love those simple, honest working knives. 4-1/8" Closed. This one has a liner lock just visible behind the tand J.O'.

That's a nice old Queen.

I tried to buy one a few weeks ago on ebay and didn't get it.

Was it a QUEEN CITY, Queen Cutlery? Queen Steel? What did it go for? Not that I sell anything but I'm just curious. J.O'.

I’m sorry I don’t remember what the knife went for. I saw it and made a bid or two when the auction was almost over and it went for more than this old tight wad wanted to pay.

Wowsers Q. A lot of blade left on that one. Wonderful old knife.
