This month Mark (sharpnshinyknives) has donated a Case Olive Green Barnboard Jigged Gunstock Circa 2005. Here's what you are playing for:

Those of you that know Mark probably figured he would have selected a Japanese made knife but in Mark's own caring way, he figured that the masses at AAPK might not be as excited about those knives as he is so instead, Mark has kindly donated a Case olive green Barnboard jigged Gunstock from 2005. This new uncarried 3 ¾” knife comes with the original box and retains factory snap with no blade play. The Olive Green Bone covers are crack free and ready to be pocket worn by the winner.

Instructions for entering the giveaway...

Simply click here and select a number between 0 and 999.

Please note you will now have up to 6:00 PM Eastern Time to pick a number on the day of the drawing not a day before like previous drawings!

You will have until September 30th (6:00 P.M. Eastern) to pick a number. The winner will be determined by the Illinois State Lottery evening pick three drawing on September 30th. The individual closest to the selected number without going over will win. The Illinois lottery results can be found on the following website:

You must be 18 years of age or older to play. The winner will be sent an AAPK PM after the drawing and will have 10 days to respond with your contact information and shipping address. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, the knife will be given to the next closest winner on the list without going over.

You are all welcome. That Barnboard jigging is one of my favorites. Case does bone jigging and coloring like no other. Gunstocks are also a favorite of mine. Good luck all.

Thank you Mark, that’s a beauty. I really like the Case big gunstock, 130 pattern. Wish Case would put those nice swages on more patterns.
