All About Pocket Knives

Yesterday afternoon and evening I was in the emergency room with Alyson, my wife. She had some swelling in one leg and she went to the doctor, actually nurse practitioner, for an ultrasound on the leg. The NP and told her she had a blood clot in her leg and to go to the emergency room immediately.
That was kind of frightening for everyone involved. After four or five hours in the ER they sent her home with some pills to help dissolve blood clot.
The doctor at the ER said the clot is above and below the knee. About 10 years ago after a surgery she had a blood clot in the same leg that extended from her ankle to mid thigh. That one took almost a year to dissolve as I recall. I am concerned because this is a reoccurring issue. So I would certainly appreciate your prayers for Alyson and a quick recovery.

Father, I pray You will bless Alyson with Your miraculous healing power and eliminate the blood clot in her leg. Jesus, Mark uses the word "immediately" often as he writes about the miracles You perform. Bless Alyson with immediate elimination of the clot. Bless her with Your power that would prevent another clot from forming. Bless her and Dale with Your peace and comfort through this and always. All these things for Your glory, in Jesus's name. Amen

Heavenly Father.... Thank you for the trust that Dale and Alyson have in you. They are your children and you have said in your word, “ LORD my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.” — Psalm 30:2.
Father, we know that you love us with a love that we can't even understand. Your love for us gives us comfort during times of trouble.
Father, please give Dale the strength he needs to be able to attend to the physical needs of Alyson. And please give Alyson the comfort and mental strength she needs during this time of healing.
Father, we know that your wisdom is perfect. May your will be done.
