All About Pocket Knives

I have posted pics of 3 knives just to see what comments I might get and what I might learn. The first is a (fake) Robeson, by which I mean that it was manufactured between 1965 and 1977 by either Camillus Cutlery Co. or Ontario Knife Co.

The second is a commemorative blade for the Golden Gate International Exposition in 1939. It was manufactured by the Colonial Knife Co. in Providence, R.I. The company was founded by the Paolantonio brothers in 1926 and is still in operation. Guess there weren't many knife manufacturers in California at that time.

The only info I have on the third knife comes from the bottom of the blade: New York Knife Co., Walden. No idea of the age or anythíng else.

Would be very grateful for any information or comments. Would also appreciate some idea of the value of the second and third knives. Many thanks in advance!

Nice grouping of knives you have there. The NYK is one of their utilitarian jacks with a clip master blase... most likely early 20th century (offered in their 1909 catalog). NYK was established in 1852 & between 1856 – 1931 made knives in Walden, NY, that became known as "America's Liitle Sheffield". There are a few threads in this forum that has more info about them & lotsa photos.

I'll have to step aside & let someone else tell you more about your other knives...
