Question about recent case stainless grinds.

I have a 2007 5318 with as ground SS blades that are ground super thin. I like the the as ground SS and have been looking at the new blue G-10 with as ground blades but without having anywhere local to check them out in person I was hoping someone here could tell me if the current as ground blades are as thin as in the past.
