All About Pocket Knives

I don't have this knife. The pictures were sent to me on my phone. Appears to be a hunting / fishing knife with a ruler and descaler. Appears to have degrees on the end of the cutting edge and also has some attachments built hidden in the handle. Purpose of holes? Maybe someone has something similar to this? Help appreciated.

There was a time when I was pretty bored, and was doing a lot of reading into surival knives for aircrews, and this was one of them.
