anyone know what these symbols mean if anything?

Sterling silver hallmarks, marking it as genuine silver.

The crown means it's Sheffield Silver
The Lion

The 'n' stands for 1905 (not 100 % sure on that)
The "CW.F"

The other marks

Most likely a silver fruit knife.

Others may have more or more accurate information.

It appears that all three of those marks together make up the Gorham Silver trademark.

The JR is John Round and Son, Sheffield

The CWF is Charles William Fletcher , Sterling Works, Sheffield

I thought "JR" is for Joseph Rodgers & Sons, the most highly esteemed of all vintage Sheffield cutlery manufacturers.

Roland the "JR" in the Joseph Rodgers mark is in more of a rectangle, or a rectangle with the corners beveled off.
