Hi

. I am from Netherlands and i don't know how can i disable my signature? Regards
First of all, we need to understand what you're talking about.
Is the part of your post shaded in red what you are talking about? If so, the only way to disable it is to get kicked off the forum and I doubt that's what you want.

.
Because the part of my post shaded in red is what I consider my "signature".

I think he is asking about the "options" that are below this box that i am typing in now. There are 5 'options' one of which is: " Attach a signature (signatures can be altered via the UCP)" and this option has check in the box beside it that shows up automatically (i.e. i did not check the box).
I do not know what "attach a signature" means or what "altered via the UCP" means. What is a "signature" referring to here ?
This automatically checked box is a recent development in my posting.
Should i uncheck this box ?

The options available for signatures and other features are found in each member’s user control panel. These can be accessed simply by clicking on your user name, found on the upper right of your screen. Click on your user name, then click on “User Control”, then in the header click “profile” and then”Edit Signature” and follow the prompts.
Your “signature” is whatever (if anything - it is optional) you want automatically shown at the bottom of all your posts.

Thanks Ken. So your 'signature' is the quote by Bill Heavey.
I'll think about getting one.
