All About Pocket Knives

I got a call from my mom last night. She say my youngest sister, Kay, had a stroke and was flown by Life Flight from Baker City, OR to Bosie, ID.
I have not heard any of the test results yet God please pray for her healing and Recovery.

She was experiencing weakness on her left side, droopy face muscles on the left side of her.

Heavenly Father I lift Kay up to You in prayer, asking that You place Your healing hand on her Lord. Comfort her and give her peace that all will be okay. I prayer for all the medical personnel are attending her, guide them in the care of Kay. Lord comfort Dale and the rest of the family, reassure them that You are in control. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Stay in touch Dale and I'll keep praying for her recovery. God Bless.

Heavenly Father... you are the great physician... The human body is such a wonder of Your creation! You know us better than we know ourselves. You made us and You have the power to heal us by Your hand for Your will.
Heavenly Father, we ask that Your will would be done for Dale's sister Kay. Please give her healing and comfort. At times like this, we always are fearful, but we as Your children can run to You and hide ourselves in the cleft of the Rock!
And Father, please give Dale and all of his family comfort in knowing You are in charge. You never sleep and we know that you see every hair on our heads and every feather of every bird. May your will be done.... Your wisdom is perfect!

Kay is doing better, they got her. the doctor in time and they started treatment right away. She still has some more testing to go through in Boise, although the worst of the stroke seems to be over.

Fortunately her husband was home when she had the stroke and he recognized the symptoms, and got her to the local hospital quickly. From there she was life-flighted to Boise, where they will still keep her for a few days and run a battery of tests I'm told.

There Is some residual weakness left in her right hand and right side. I was told the left side was involved last night when my mom called butt apparently it was the right side.
Fortunately she has her youngest daughter who lives in Boise so she can see some family. It's about a 2 1\2 hour drive from Baker City to Boise. Her husband is a truck driver a route he has to keep I believe so he's not going to be there all the time.

I certainly appreciate your continued prayers for her!

Glad to hear things are looking better. Thank the Lord for good quick care. We experienced this several years ago, Miss Joy experienced problems on left side. The Lord allowed her to recover and blessed her with a doctor who kept searching and eventually found the heart blockages. The Lord is so good to all of us and it is our privilege to pray for continued healing and full recovery of your sister Kay.
