Guys,
I was digging around in my safe last night and I found this Northfield big (4½inches), single blade liner lock knife, still in the tube. It is a beautiful knife but I have searched high and low without finding any sales info. I know it was made in 2010 and that it sold for about $100 back then.
Anyone have a clue as to value today?
Thanks in advance,
Ray

Hi Ray. This is the production list of the pattern 235110. Yours has the end caps and liner lock so it's 235110ECL and as you can see it's Burnt Goldenrod Jig Bone. 1 of 52. As to value, I'll leave that to others. Just for the record GEC is currently making a new run of the 23's right now.

I love discoveries like that! What I don't understand is why they happen more frequently the older I get.

I hope it was a good offer. The single blade #23 & #73 are quite sought after and sell higher than the same knife as a 2 blade.

I agree completely Roland

. There's something about single blade folders that just lights me fires, and many collectors/users too. I guess it's the elegant simplicity that appeals to people...
Congrats to the buyer, and you Ray

. Happy you did well on that one

Willy
