Just received a call from a good friend that goes to church with us. His wife, Camille took a fall while visiting a grandson and has been rushed to the hospital. There is a massive brain bleed on the right side and surgery is to begin shortly. A specialist is with her at this time. Please remember Camille Ashley and her husband Walt as this unfolds. No one is allowed to be with Walt in the hospital, one of their daughters is there but must remain in the parking lot.
Please pray with us that she is able to get through this serious incident.
We feel so helpless when we can't be with friends in distress.

Father, I pray you will bless Camille with Your miraculous healing power. I pray that You will recover her quickly and there will be no complications. Father I lift up Camille right now to the hands of God. I pray for her recovery and I pray for all the medical staff that will be providing her care, that God will guide their every move. I pray for the family, that God may give them peace and assurance. For Your honor and glory. Amen.

Update on Miss Camille:
Out of surgery, bleeding stopped, clot removed, moving into a unit. The doctor told Walt he was pleased with the surgery and it it is now a waiting game.
Continue to pray that this sweet lady makes a complete recovery.
Walt said thank all who have been praying.
God is good, he is the Great Physician, He directs the hands of doctors and nurses!

I'm sorry to read of this, and will pray for Walt and his wife.

Pray pray pray for everyone, especially Mr. Walt. When something like this happens, are spouse is hit the hardest. Thank you Philip for shouting out for them .

So sorry to hear about this situation. It is bad to not be able to be with a loved one because of this quarantine situation we have.

Update: Our friend Walt just received a call from the hospital saying he needed to come the hospital. Does not sound good. Continue to pray for this family as they face uncertainties alone due to the restrictions placed on the public by the hospital's response to the virus issue.

Thank y’all for praying! I just got a call from Walt, he says she is still unresponsive but holding on. The family was able to visit tonight, the visit was termed a “compassion visit” according to the hospital chaplain.

Update on Miss Camille:
I've been up the road visiting with one of our neighbors this morning, the one that had his truck and tractor crushed by the oak tree a few weeks ago. While I was gone our friend Walt called and told Miss Joy, he and one of his daughters were going to the hospital to spend the morning with Miss Camille. This afternoon they will remove her life support. What a difficult time our friends are going through. Joy and I talked about this for a few minutes and we realized that we may be a bit selfish wanting our friend to remain in a flawed body. Makes one wonder if we spend too much time praying to keep folks out of heaven? Our desires are not always the Lord's will. We ask for comfort as this unfolds.
