Nice for sure Perry. Every one I got was super nice stag; a marked improvement for the folks at GEC. I can't believe the strides they have made in quality over the last 9 months....

Perry, That one was absolutely in a class by itself. Incredible looking stag, well matched on both sides. I'm glad you got it before Christmas!

I would tend to agree knifeswapper, they have improved over the last year and I hoped they would. Now all they need to do is make me a Barlow. Jim that is why I wanted it. I've never seen Stag like this. This one I would've even waited for but it is nice to have it now.

Thanks guys, I'm a happy camper with this one. It's tough with a knife like this because you wanna carry it and show it off but you know you just can't.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could carry and carry and never have any ware to your knives?

Well, I don't see anything wrong with a small well made sheath. Have it made lined with doe skin or other soft material.

Perry, I'm having Rick Garcia at AAPK RG Leather, make me a custom leather sheath with matching belt all in basketweave pattern for one of my GEC 73's. Can't wait to see it and he does great work.

Jim, I think we all like to see it please post it when you get it.
I'm now carrying a 73 in one of those generic nylon sheaths. It would nice to have a cool leather one!
