1939 British Jack Knife manufacturers

I have a what appears to be a standard issue jack knife dated 1939. The manufacturer stamp is I.XL Wostenholm Sheffield. There is also a stamp on the marlin spike which is either a 1 over a 7 or an arrow instead of the 1. I’ve done what research I can about it but can’t find any other examples of this type of knife by this manufacturer. When I’ve researched the manufacturer I can’t find anything relating to this type of knife either.
I realise that during this period several manufacturers would have been contracted to produce this knife for the forces.
Can anyone provide any more information re this particular knife/manufacturer.
It was past down to me from a relative who served during WWII in Egypt.
