Unusual Handles?

Guys,
In a recent batch of knives I got the 2005 trapper pictured below. Has anyone seen this handle design before? I have never seen anything like them. I'm guessing they are aftermarket installations. Any idea who might have done them? They are bone and I'm guessing some sort of laser application.
As always, any info will be appreciated,

I must have failed the first test. Need remedial exam... I'll search it and see what happens since I have a name.

I searched the Bay using Celtic Maze and found quite a few knives both listed and sold. I had never encountered one previously.
Anyway, getting the correct name solved the mystery and I appreciate the help.

Ray from what little I can find on the Case Collectors Club forum site, these were an SFO made for Deadwood Knives. There were at least two versions, one with white on black and another with yellow on black, and were Corelon. There were several other patterns besides Trappers. Not a lot of info there though so you might try contacting Deadwood Knives for confirmation.

Ken,
Thanks and I think I'll do that. I have checked these under a loupe and they sure look to be bone. Maybe I'll do the hot pin test on them, very carefully.

Pretty sure yours is the white Corelon version. The previous one was in yellow;

I called Deadwood Knives and found them very helpful. They say it is, in fact corelon. I still think I see those little haversian canals but they insist it is corelon. I am not brave enough to do the hot pin test so I will go along with the trend.
