Yep, an older Robeson 622095 pattern penknife. Some people call these tuxedos or Jenny Lind knives.

Robeson used the R.C. CO. tang stamp on some of their smaller knives. The stamp has been dated by others as being used from 1900 to 1939.

I collected this photo off Ebay some time ago.

I have never had one of these.
