Someone here may know - in fact I recall another post with the same handles, same question some time ago but I can’t locate it now. If no one answers, send your question to a Shepherd Hills Cutlery.
Www.casexx.com. They probably know. It may have been one of their SFO’s.

Flint jigged with an Arrowhead shield then, I like it.
Reminds me of stained glass windows.
