Customer made an offer but it didn't take the discount off.

A customer made an offer which i accepted, but when they paid it didn't charge them the right price. It charged the full price. I know I can refund the difference through pay pal, but it might take a fee out of it.

If they paid by PayPal you can probably do a partial refund.

I had that happen once when I was buying a book. It was not a lot so I just ignored it. The vendor stuck the cash that I overpaid, only $6, in the book. He got good feedback!
