Gravity Knife Repairs Needed

Does anyone here fix broken gravity knives? I have one with a broken spring that is missing that half of the spring along with the trigger that releases and holds the blade opened or closed. Feel free to PM me, I can provide pictures of what's missing. It was made by Weyersberg. Thanks!

I am the kind of person that likes to "make the whole thing".
Short of making my own steel, I LOVE the idea of making all the parts of a knife. SO, I want to figure out a good way to dye some bone.
Looks like a vac chamber could be the way to go.

I'm in the same boat Red Rider...... I was gifted a Weyersburg paratrooper with a missing trigger. If you find someone that can help please consider giving me a shout.

Making the lever springs is a lot of work, hence expensive.
I have levers.

I just joined this forum and came across this older post and thought I might post a reply for future references.
I have been repairing or restoring Type1 and Type2 WWII German Fallschirmjäger gravity knives for nearly 8 years now and have repaired over 80 of them. I have many satisfied customers in the WWII collectors community. Original parts are impossible to find, so I make my own repair parts using originals as patterns. I install new springs without having to completely disassemble the Type 1 knives and rivet them in place just like originals. No spot welding to install these springs is used. If anyone needs repairs on one of these, feel free to email me.
Nothing against any of the fine gentlemen here that do repairs, I'm sure their work it top notch, just offering another source for y'all.
