so uh, don't nobody know nothin about available handle material on the new Ocoee River that's finna drop tomorrow? nary a word on facebook neither...

They are keeping this one hush hush apparently. I've seen a picture of a Green Jigged Bone but no word on what other handle options will be offered. No wait, I did read that Micarta will be one of the offerings but the type of Micarta was not mentioned.
I'm just glad I don't want one of these. It would drive me crazy having to decide which handle material I wanted at the time of the drop. You already have to be as fast as greased lightning even when you know the materials in advance. Another split second decision to make might reduce the chance of getting one even more.

They usually send out an email the afternoon before the drop with handle materials. Hopefully it is forthcoming shortly.

somebody posted on facebook: micarta, bone (jigged and sawcut), giraffe bone and desert ironwood (presentation grade). take that there for what it's worth.

Greg, that email you mentioned is out. man, that giraffe bone is saweet. I see 2 or 3 different materials that look really nice. I like the pattern and usually take a shot at the new releases if I've got a minute. I think the single Bohncliffe works well here too.

Cletus I really like those . Even the black and red combo on the micarta is rather intriguing. Looks like a go for me!
