Any help will be appreciated. No maker on the tang other than a pistol. Doesn’t look anything like Johnathan Crookes.

... Sweet pattern... sorry but have no clue as to maker - but as you noted doesn't look like the Crookes pistol...

The pistol looks French or European.

Possibly an English "Bulldog".
