All About Pocket Knives

Going to Ireland tomorrow for an 8 day tour, any suggestions on folding knives I should be looking to pick up? Just taking a Case Carhartt single blade sowbelly, maybe to trade.

Wasn't able to find any knives to speak of in Ireland, we were on a pretty tight schedule with the tour group and I only made it into 2 antique stores. However, I did get engaged at Cabra Castle (just North of Dublin in Kingscourt) on Sunday.

She finally wore you down and you said yes?? Women are very tenacious. Congratulation, I guess. Went down that road twice and after 44 years of being single, I've found that works best for me and everyone else. Linnea says, "He has his house, I have mine and that's what works for us". 29 years down the road, I think that once again she's right.

A year ago today we were getting ready to fly across the big pond, from Reagan National to Boston to Dublin. Glad we did it when we did and what an epic time we had there.

I have been looking at pictures all day, it was amazing. We started in Dublin with tours of St. Patrick's and the Guinness factory at St. James Gate, then on to Kilkenny and Waterford, kissed the Blarney Stone, toured an island monastery (Innisfallen) outside of Killarney, had the best Irish coffees at Red Fox Inn, then on to Limerick and ended at Cabra Castle at Kingscourt (where I proposed). Not pictured are The Cliffs of Mohr, visiting a sheep farm, touring Galway and so much more. I took over 500 pictures! It was truly an amazing experience.
