Buck knives for sale

I know next to nothing about Buck knives as my 50 plus years in collecting has been focused on antique Case and most recent antique Remington knives. I do however have a very good friend that bought several nice mint older Buck knives. Neither of us know values and are looking to possible buyers to honestly price the knives as you feel they should be bought. I will add a picture and list the numbers. Thank you, John

501, 311,301,319,321,and a 110 that I realize is not as old.

You could always look for Bucks here and on eBay and take the average price between the two. Bucks are good knives. Honestly, I don't think they get the respect they deserve, at least not the USA made ones.

Those are all good knives for sure. Just so I understand, you're asking for reasonable offers from potential buyers who know more about the knives than you do?

There were a lot of variations on most of those model numbers over the years. It might be helpful for potential buyers and yourself to post some open blade pics. Pictures of the tang stamps would be helpful too.

Just send me a PM with offers and I will tell Joe. Sorry to be somewhat disjointed but these are not my knives. I am just helping a friend sell them. My knowledge is in antique Remingtons, I have no idea about Bucks, thank you, John

Just for knowledge: Only the Model 301, shown above was 'actually' made by Buck. The other 300 series knives were contract knives made by Camillus but marked with Buck stampings. ( A common action by Camillus as they made a bunch of other peoples knives.) Buck was trying to get into the pocket knife market and contracting was the quickest way. Buck only made a few 300 series models in their factory. Lately the 305 and 309 have been dropped from inventory. The 300 series models above (not the 301) are also out of production. Buck made models will be stamped with a date code. The imported models serve to meet the need for "pocket" knives that are cost effective and used as pocket knives have been used in the past. All Buck warranties are still in force for the Camillus contract knives but repair parts are becoming rare. Some of the 300 contract knives have been enhanced with stag scales, blade printing, etc. but are still contract Bucks. Collectors still search for the different models and specials even if they are a Camillus made versions.
