Hello Gary, I have some small compasses that would fit just about the same as the original . They are not original but, better than nothing. They are .468" in diameter and .250 thick. they are made of plastic and have a white face with black markings and are oil filled. There may be a very slight gap around the circumference but, you could embed it in epoxy and that would take care of that. The price is right, I can send you two for FREE. I don't have an extra but I think this is what you're looking for. This one lost it's magnetism, probably years ago.

Yep thats the ones. Hard to locate
