All About Pocket Knives

Got this trapper at the antique store today for 20 bucks. Don't know much about Camillus knives as far as age goes. I like the shield. Can anyone provide any info on it? I don't think I got hurt none for 20 bucks. Thank you.

Made sometime between approximately 1990 and end of business in 2007. I've never seen that shield before.

Here are tang stamps with dates. They are NOT MY compilation.
The dates are pretty faint, but readable.

Dating a Camillus knife using the tang stamp will only get you in a very fuzzy ballpark.

It looks like a trapper #62 ( http://www.camillusknives.ru/camillus/t ... 2_en.shtml ), but the color of the scales is different.
