hi folks,hate to keep botherin yas,but i have a few more knives id like to find out about.
#1---a schrade wostenholm canoe shape, made in sheffield england,# I.XL

#2 a schrade walden huntingknife,made in ny

#3 a parker edwards trapper with damascus blades,jacksonville fla

#4 a american blade,,dagger,,made in chattanooga,tn.

any help with these,would be great. ty,

Hi Dundee. ::welcome:: to the site. The US knife company Imperial owned the Sheffield based Richards-Rodgers-Wostenholm group from 1977-1983 or so. The Schrade Wostenholm knives appeared in 1981. The canoe had a stag handle. :) s-k

Pictures would be a help but:the #3 knife if you will look closely is Jacksonville ALA and not Florida.James Parker had an association with Fain Edwards(a knifemaker from Jacksonville)for a few years in the mid 1980's and they produced a series of knives;mostly in damascus that Edwards made or designed anyway.I have a couple of these knives;one is a miniature hunter and the other a huge survival knife.

Without a photo or further info I can only tell you that your Schrade Walden hunting knife was made by Schrade of Walden NY and is a hunting knife.
