 We’ve had two different Roomba vacuuming robots over the years. The dog gives it a wide berth when it’s running.

We wore the first one out so got another one, a newer model with more features. Unbelievable how well they clean, and fascinating to watch it navigate around objects, along walls, and stop and change directions when it encounters steps or a ledge. (I’m easily entertained. ::facepalm:: ). The second one is several years old now and is starting to need a new battery as it doesn’t last as long now after charging. It cleans for a few minutes and then dies instead of finding its way back to its charging station.

We have a couple of the robo vacs, and my wife runs them pretty much every night.

We have two large dogs which convert 98% of their caloric intake into hair production, for some reason.

I recall hearing a story of a robot vacuum cleaner and a dog with diarrhea. The owner was not real happy with the resulting mess. I don't know if it was a true story or not.

Apparently it happens rather often oh, there are several videos of it on YouTube.
This is just one of them that I thought was rather hilarious.
