Problem with Leaving Feedback

Recently I bought a knife from Redtrout and two purchases from Steve Pfeiffer.
None of the three transactions sent me a link so that I could leave feedback for them.
What's up with this?

Normally I get a link in my email that takes me to a place in their stores to leave feedback.
I didn't get the link on any of these three separate transactions.

Is there a glitch in the system, or did I just miss something? ::shrug::

Can you check if these purchases display on your "order history" page...

Also, did you receive a purchase confirmation email from AAPK for these orders?
