A 5" Russell hunter blade I put some zircote on with copper pins and a simple oil finished mt. man style sheath. This one is in my store if interested.

Looks great! I've seen lots of references to copper supposedly being bad for knife pins due to its softness, but I have an old fixed blade my great-granddad made that uses copper pins to attach the handles, and it's been through everything in the past 80 years or so, and nothing's got damaged.

nothing wrong with copper for fixed blades, its when constant pressure is applied such as pivot and rocker pins they are prone to wear quickly.
