Thanks Greg. I was able to reserve a Tidioute with jigged bone. The 2 Northfield versions were both closed (reservations full). There is also a Micarta Tidioute but to me a traditional pattern should have traditional handles and Micarta is a relative new comer.

Don't sweat it out. This #93 is a new model. GEC will make plenty and the dealers will have plenty for a while. The SFO knives are always a headache to buy. The cocobolo wood Northfield #93 will be awesome. I want the Northfield TBA jigged bone too. That Tidioute Royal blue camel bone will be a killer.

Everybody is talking about the Charlie Lamb's foot. I will pass on that over priced knife. I have one arm and I need more single blade to grab. This Ram's foot knife was designed just for me.

Has the price for one of these been announced yet? Thanks.

Well the Ram's Foot is a single blade , I am projecting about $90 for a jigged bone model. Add about $20 or better for the Charlie knife. Charlie had a stroke on 4/12/2019 , so if this is the last one. All of the Charlie knives will increase in value.

The dealers will post the prices when the knives are released. These #93 knives should sell for $80 to $95 shipped. And the SFO #93 knives should sell for $90 to $105 shipped.

Well the first wave of natural canvas micarta 93's went up for sale at two (that I saw) distributor sites yesterday and were sold out by today. So much for taking my time to make a decision! But the pics really caught my eye. I was going to pass on this run, and canvas micarta isn't usually my thing, but I'm keeping a lookout on the distributors' sites for the next wave!

Interesting that the Charlie C SFO has no shield. I really like a shield, but Charlie has a very good 'eye' for what looks best on a knife.

Lambsfoot knives typically are made without a shield, so no shield on Charlie's model.

I just gotta say, the CC Waynorth sfo completely blows the standard 93 right out of the water.

It is true for every Waynorth offering. Charlie C. has a special ability to envision changes to the basic design that make for a 'stand out' knife, one that is instantly appealing and that you will not tire of.

Well I just paid for my 93 rams foot in antique jigged bone that I had reserved at CK but I'm a little iffy on that big ole Rams head Shield. What do ya'll think?
