Does anyone have a copy of a Catco catalog ? I have heard they exist, but here never seen one.

No. It is Catco. Knives were made by Cattaraugus.

Gotcha. I knew that was a marking used by Cattaraugus but never thought of it as a company name. I've seen a few knives with that stamp but never have seen a catalog (not saying there wasn't one).
