SNL Diamond Knife Co. ???

Post by Sasquach » Sun Apr 14, 2019 4:08 pm

Can anyone identify this tang stamp?

The seller lists it as the SNL Diamond Knife Company and gives no further information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only thing I could find was: Diamond Knife Company Germany c1939. A trademark used by Kelly-How-Thomson Hardware. (Goins)

I have no idea what the "SNL" stands for. I assume it doesn't mean "Saturday Night Live".

I saw the same thing in Goins but, as you noted, it doesn't give a description or picture of the stamp. Don't know if it is the same company or not. Thanks for looking Mike! ::tu:: Maybe someone looking in will know more than we have been able to find out.
