In regards to Tang stamping: Girl Scout

I tried to find Utica Tang Dates this Particular knife is probably is common as toothpicks: but the tang reads btw it's a girl scout feather weight 2 blade here how the Tang Says:
UTICA
FEATHERWEIGHT
PAT.APL.
it also has the GS logo three pins black with tang Thanks!

This could be useful. It only is applicable to the featherweights, not the other UTica girl scout knives.
