Can you post videos?
Are you asking for a video to be posted or are you asking if videos can be posted on AAPK?
If it's the latter the answer is only YouTube videos can be posted. The forum is not set up to accept home grown videos but the work around is to post your video on YouTube, then post the YouTube version to AAPK.
