A little Ruho followed me home...

I’ve been eyeing this little guy for some time. The vendor, at the Cloverdale Swapmeet, is the same one I got my Scout Knife from.
He’s been asking a price that I thought was a little high. I happened to get to the table very late and mentioned that I liked the knife but not the price. Boom! The price suddenly dropped by a third. That did it!
I’m thinking perhaps ‘70s? The general look and the font on the tang stamp are what give me that idea.
I first thought it was a Ruko. I have a fixed with stag about this size. Then I realized that that is definately Ruho not Ruko. I can’t find out much at all. The sheath says Finland, but I don’t think it’s original to the knife.
