Second look and more

I'm fairly new to the site and have been overwhelmed with the amount and quality of the info I have seen. Thanks to all who have given me advice. When evaluating some of my fathers collection and taking a 2nd or 7th look at some these beauties I discovered some hidden work. After almost 30 years in storage the Schrade old timer had some brass tarnish on it. After some minor cleaning I noticed the beautiful file work on the back spine. Not bad for a factory production knife imho. I now have a much greater appreciation for the Schrade brand. Another unknown to me anyway is the 3 Browne and Pharr knives. I have found little info with the exception of the AAPK forums that have been very helpful. It's a shame the company seccumbed to the financial pressures of the time. Fine examples of American design and production. As a shameful self promotion: I have them listed in Treasure Coast and S. FL Craigslist. I'll become a supporting member just as soon as I can get back on my feet. Been a lean winter.
