Retirement gift for a friend

I have a friend/mentor at work who is about to retire.
Myself, another specialist and two engineers wanted to do something nice for him before he leaves us.
This man is one of the most helpful human beings I have ever met.
The four of us got together and decided on a pocket knife for him. My small team left it up to me to determine the knife to get. But we all decided the color of the knife had to resemble sulfur (we are sulfur specialists and engineers.)

I am a Case fan, and showed my team my yellow Case knives. But, the wanted something a little nicer.
So, I showed them the GEC #56 in Mustard. They loved it.
So it’s on order. I can’t wait to see the look on his face when we give it to him.

Very nice thought by you guys. Any chance getting one blade
with his initials on it?

When I retired last year on of my agencies gave me a Case Trapper that had my name printed onto the clip blade. I will never carry it but I'll always treasure it.

I love the idea of the sulphur colour! I do definately think an inscription is in order, or perhaps his initial on the shield. Nice!

Initials on the shield sounds like a great idea.

I believe you have already placed the order but DLT will do that for you for $6.95 if it hasn't already shipped.

It arrived yesterday. I’ll have to find a local place to do it.
