NO DOTS?? IS THIS GOOD OR BAD? ALSO NO CASE EMBLEM? CANT FIND PARTICULAR KNIFE ANYWHERE. PICKED it up from a friend for 30$ deal or no deal?

That is a real Case Muskrat pocketknife made in 2009. It is very pocketworn (legitimately so). Not all Case knives have a shield. You have the real McCoy there. OH
