All About Pocket Knives

Here are two knives that made it to my mailbox this week A John Howser slip joint. 3" ATS-34 blade and closed length is 3 5/8".The scales are jigged bone with a shield inlaid.

And this Jeff Cover nice little folding skinner. The ATS-34 blade is 2 5/8" and closed it's 3 3/8" in length. The scales are Giraffe and are dovetailed.

WOW!!!!!! Those are GREAT What is that Howser pattern called?

That's a good question Useem, I don't know the answer. I have watched this particular knife for some time on a website that sells custom knives and loved the distinctive style and bone. I have never seen one like it before..

Great knives Sunburst! I truely love that Green Bone.

Sunburst you have found a couple of good looking knives there. I really like the green bone scales on just about anything. But that Howser is very interesting.

OK, you better drop the cigs if you gonna keep on buyin beauties like them.
