Opinel #12 mod

My oldest boy (13) got me this big ol huge opinel #12 for Christmas. I love it. But I thought it could be a bit better if it were easy open, and if it were a drop point. So I spent a while in the shop today. It ain’t pretty or up to the standards of the real knife mechanics, but it works so far. Thanks for looking.

That’s a fine knife and I like the mods. Opined handles beg for some whittling.
